Shipping Your Package

Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receiving payment and sent via GLS/BRT/Poste Italiane.

No matter which shipping method you choose, we’ll provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage fees. Packaging costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

We recommend grouping your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping costs will apply to each one.

For local pickup, our warehouse is located at Via Bosco 2, 35030 Cervarese Santa Croce (PD), ITALY.

Product Returns

To request a return (valid only for private customers), please write to rodj.engineering@gmail.com indicating:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Number

  • Order Date

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Product Code/Model

  • Quantity

  • Reason for Return​

Note: Shipping costs incurred for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
